Service charges will be applied for damaged / replaced item only.

As soon as your order has been delivered, you’ll have 07 days to return any item, as long as it meets our return policy.

You’ll have 7 days from the date of purchase to return any item, as long as the item is in an unused and unopened condition and still in their original packaging.

We are happy to refund or exchange any item as long as it’s accompanied by a proof of purchase such as your receipt or delivery note within 07 days of purchase. The item for return or exchange must be in its original sealed packaging and in perfect condition. Delivery charges will be made by customer In case of return / exchange.

Refunds, returns or exchanges for faulty electronics or software items are subject to warranty eligibility, management verification and discretion.
